If you have decided that the plant or product you received does not meet your standards then the first step you need to do is take a picture of the plants or products you wish to return. After you have a picture, attach it to an email and send the order number along with your first and last name to pondplantsdirect@gmail.com. You must notify us within 7 days after you received your order to claim a refund.
